Instructor

Dr. Jay Ohmes

Dr. Jay Ohmes received his D.D.S. degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He has also received certification through the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the UMKC School of Dentistry. Dr. Ohmes’ practice emphasis has been on dental facial bioesthetics, cosmetic, laser & restorative dentistry. Dr. Ohmes has been an international lecturer on high-tech dental equipment & restorative dentistry and has published several articles on the latest in laser techniques and innovative procedures. He is currently a laser clinical instructor and presenter for Fotona dental lasers..

Dr. Chad Edwards

Dr. Chad Edwards was born in Nashville and raised in Franklin, TN. He attended David Lipscomb University and received his B.S. in Microbiology from The University of Memphis in 1995. He then attended the University of Tennessee where he received his D.D.S. in 2001. At UT, he was involved in research and student government for which he received the Dean’s Leadership Award in 2001. Dr. Edwards is published in The Journal of Biochemistry and is on the Editorial Board of Implant Evolution.
