This 2 day course will teach NightLase® protocols in detail, guiding attendees through the history and research behind this procedure, as well as covering treatment limitations, case selection, and practice integration. Furthermore, we will expand on alternative treatments, airway anatomy, sleep stages, disordered breathing, and offer clinical photography tips in order to help make these procedures a success in your practice!

General DDS

Dr. Harvey Shiffman

Dr. Harvey Shiffman is in general practice at the Laser Dental Center in Boynton Beach, FL. He is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at Georgetown University Medical Center with an emphasis on treating medically compromised patients. Dr. Shiffman completed certification with the ALD in three types of Laser systems and was recently awarded a Fellowship. He is personally involved in the use and development of cutting edge technology and has performed thousands of laser dental procedures over the last 19 years. Dr. Shiffman has lectured on advances in Laser Dentistry at events such as the Yankee Dental Congress, GNYDM, ALD, ASBA, and local dental societies. He has published articles on clinical laser use in Dentistry within several publications.
